"Laura was cheerful over the phone. The day of appt. she called to say she was running behind schedule. She arrived and, despite a long, busy day, was again, cheerful and professional. Her trailer is truly a grooming room on wheels. Our pup was buzzed and cut (nice, neat, short for the summer!), bathed and her nails were clipped. Since she was late, Laura threw in a hot oil treatment and a flea and tick treatment. She was friendly and kind to our pup. Overall, very satisfied and will call again."
